Crafted an application for the American Express sales support team, enhancing engagements with high-spending clients. As the leader of a cross-functional team, I guided the entire design lifecycle using design thinking principles. We conducted thorough research to understand advisors’ daily challenges, enabling us to tailor our solutions effectively. The collaborative efforts of designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders were instrumental in refining our ideas through brainstorming, prototyping, and iterative testing.
